  1. Inspired by Anxiety. Not my own, by Anxiety in general. You see, I’m working on an article about why yoga is beneficial to the body ~ I have been for days now. I wrote so much about how to relieve chronic stress that I now think it would serve the public better as it’s own post. That thought turned into ideas about a *series* of posts on relieving anxiety with yoga techniques, and so on. After all, it’s what I’m MOST confident talking about, and what I think could benefit the most people, right away.
